This is a free feedback form script.

With this utility you can provide a Feedback page in your web site.

a) Unzip the file.
b) Just replace your mail id, name in color.php instead of "yourid@yoursite.com" & "SiteName's"
c) Set read,write permission to fil.php to create filter(only for linux users).
d) Now create new user using newuser.php
e) Login as Admin and use filter.php to create new filters.
f) Go to the page HFP/feedback.php.
g) Automatically detects your site home page and assign it to the header site name.
Configuring Look and Feel:
h)Edit the file color.php file in HFP/ dir and change the colors to anything you want.
